The warm and lush flavors of autumn on Refinery Rooftop’s fall cocktail menu

Refinery Rooftop has a new fall cocktail menu and there are some wonderfully creative and delicious concoctions coming into the lineup. The beauty and lively chill of New York City during this time of year creates the perfect opportunity for the Refinery Rooftop to switch things up. Featuring classic autumn flavors like sweet maple syrup and freshly roasted coffee, we’re excited to share with you some of the new Refinery cocktails we are most excited about.

Pumpkin Old Fashioned Pumpkin Old Fashion

Featuring pumpkin puree and a hint of Vermont maple syrup, blended with some rich and smoky Woodford Reserve whiskey, the Pumpkin Old Fashioned is sure to warm up your belly on a crisp fall day. It tastes just like the sweet comfort of mom and dad’s house on a Thanksgiving holiday. Topped with a hint of orange bitters and Grand Marnier, the Pumpkin Old Fashioned is looking like an all-star autumn cocktail.

Modern ManhattanManhattan Cocktail

Sitting right in the heart of Midtown, the Refinery Rooftop is an ideal place to sip on the surrounding borough’s titular drink—The Manhattan. The staff’s fall rendition of the drink is simple and delicious. Centered on a firm Hudson Manhattan Rye, the cocktail gains its extra complexity from a touch of carpano antica formula, which is a sweet vermouth, as well as a black walnut bitters for some autumn flavor. A strong yet flavorful concoction, the Modern Manhattan is sure to complement a nice fall day.

Irish CoffeeIrish Coffee

A warm and hearty cocktail that doesn’t always get the attention and care that it deserves, Irish Coffees are a great antidote to the upcoming cold weather. Refinery Rooftop’s Irish Coffee combines Jameson Black Barrel, Americano coffee, and fresh whipped cream. The smooth Black Barrel whisky balances extraordinarily well with the richness of the coffee, making this cocktail a welcome option on Refinery Rooftop’s fall cocktail menu.
