Part hunt, part obstacle course, the race begins at Slattery’s Midtown Pub and takes you on an adventure throughout Manhattan. Here’s how the hunt works: There are four types of scavenger hunts you’ll have to complete on this Mother’s Day hunt, like “discover your city,” where you’ll have to solve a mystery that usually involves a NYC landmark.

At some point in your life, you may have forced your mom to watch countless hours of your favorite Disney movies. Mother’s Day Celebration at the Central Park Zoo

The Central Park Zoo is throwing a party in honor of all moms—and not just human ones. The guests of honor are a special bunch of zoo animal moms and their babies. We humans can enjoy the party with arts and crafts, treats and a surprise meeting with one very furry guest. Mum’s the word on who this special guest will be (Central Park Zoo is staying quiet).
