IN BED WITH ERIN FADER

Known for her bold, feminine designs and empowering brand ethos, @erinfaderjewelry has built a cult following both online and IRL. During her stay at Refinery Hotel, we caught up with the designer ahead of her immersive Hatbox pop-up this September – featuring vintage rings, wellness moments, and signature sparkle all weekend long.

Here, we get In Bed With…Erin Fader.

Welcome to Refinery Hotel, Erin! Was this visit to New York for work, play—or a little of both?

Originally this stay was for both! Normally my New York trips are, but this visit was extremely special because I got engaged! And oh goodness, my fiance worked with Refinery to surprise me with the most special engagement celebration when we came back to our hotel room! Rose m, petals, candles, champagne, and more!!! I will never forget this visit…

You’re returning this September for a full weekend of jewelry, wellness, and celebration in the Hatbox—and we’re counting down the days. What can guests expect from the pop-up experience?

At Erin Fader, our mission is to elevate and empower the everyday! Guests will receive personal styling tips and advice from our amazing team as well as the opportunity to design their own jewelry!  We are launching our “vintage custom ring bar” and guests will be able to pick out their own stones, (some over 100 years old) and have a ring made for them on-site! We will also be hosting a happy hour, a special discount on select items, and a free gift with purchase!

Can you share a piece from your collection that feels especially meaningful to you right now—and why?

Yes! We just launched the Erin Fader Pinky Ring which invites the wearer to make a “Pinky Promise” with themself. This message has inspired so many women, and I have bene able to witness it firsthand. My mission is to elevate and empower the everyday and this ring embodies that mission to the fullest! For me personally, knowing the power this ring holds for others inspires me to continue creating pieces that are more meaningful.

As a creative and entrepreneur, how do you reset or recharge when you’re not designing?

I like to start every day with a workout. It helps clear my mind and allows me to think, reset, and set my intentions for the day. I especially love running outdoors and being in nature as much as possible. I also love to travel, sourcing vintage, and exploring new places. I find inspiration everywhere, especially when I’m traveling.

And finally after a weekend of pinky rings, cocktails, and connection at Refinery… What will be next for you and the Erin Fader brand?

The rest of 2025 is filled with pop-ups in several major cities in the U.S. as well as some very special collaborations and launches we can’t share quite yet! We are considering Paris Fashion Week again in 2026, it would be our 3rd showing, and are in the works of building some semi-permanent spaces across the globe! Continuing to elevate and empower the everyday is our constant and we cannot wait to share what’s in store soon! Be sure to follow us @erinfaderjewelry to stay in the know!

Join us this September for a weekend of jewelry, connection, and curated experiences with Erin Fader at Refinery Hotel. Book your stay now and be part of the magic.
