Welcome back to Refinery Hotel, Erin! Your last visit was an unforgettable one—how does it feel to be back this winter?
Originally that trip was a mix of work and play, but it turned into something so much more! My fiancé worked with the Refinery team to surprise me with the most special engagement celebration—rose petals, candles, champagne, and more! I’ll never forget it, and it feels so full circle to return this winter.
You’re back for another festive celebration of jewelry, wellness, and celebration in the Hatbox. What can guests expect from the pop-up experience?
At Erin Fader, our mission is to elevate and empower the everyday! Guests can enjoy personal styling, design their own jewelry at our “vintage custom ring bar,” and choose from stones over 100 years old. We’ll also be hosting a cozy happy hour, exclusive seasonal discounts, and a free gift with purchase—perfect for the holidays!
Can you share a piece from your collection that feels especially meaningful to you right now—and why?
Yes! We recently launched the Erin Fader Pinky Ring which invites the wearer to make a “Pinky Promise” with themself. This message has inspired so many women, and I have been able to witness it firsthand. My mission is to elevate and empower the everyday and this ring embodies that mission to the fullest! For me personally, knowing the power this ring holds for others inspires me to continue creating pieces that are more meaningful.
As a creative and entrepreneur, how do you reset or recharge when you’re not designing?
I like to start every day with a workout. It helps clear my mind and allows me to think, reset, and set my intentions for the day. I especially love running outdoors and being in nature as much as possible. I also love to travel, sourcing vintage, and exploring new places. I find inspiration everywhere, especially when I’m traveling.
And finally—after a cozy weekend of pinky rings, cocktails, and connection at Refinery… what’s next for you and the Erin Fader brand?
The year is sparkling with possibility! We’ll continue hosting pop-ups in major cities across the U.S., along with a few exciting collaborations and launches we can’t reveal just yet. We’re also exploring a return to Paris Fashion Week in 2026 for our third showing and are developing semi-permanent spaces around the globe.
